The Old Man Test

The “Old Man Test” is making the social media rounds, challenging people to test their balance and flexibility—skills that become increasingly vital as we age. The task is simple:
- Put your socks and shoes on the floor within reach
- Stand on one leg without using your hands for support (no holding onto chairs, walls, or other aids).
- Bend down, grab a sock, and put it on.
- Bend down again, grab a shoe, put it on, and tie it.
- Repeat the process on the other leg.
